Such delicious comfort foods! We had the reina pepiada arepa and the carne asada arepa. Both came with maduros, and we also ordered a side of tostones. Everything was fantastic, so fresh and flavorful. We loved the sauces too, especially the guasacaca sauce. We loved the reina pepiada arepa, but the carne asada was great too. Definitely try this place!

Amazing food. We tried two different arepa’s, the Pelua and the Reina Pepiada and they were both really good. Very flavorful. We also had the Patacon de Poyo, it was my first time having one of these sandwiches and it was really so good. Very unique and flavorful, the veggies were fresh and the plantain was crispy. Very good. I’ll definitely get this again. Also tried an empanada, chorizo and cheese, and WOW! I love empanadas but this one was unbelievably good. Can’t wait to get another one. Also had the pastelitos, and they were really good, too. The sweet plantains were a nice little treat, too. Everything was really so, so good. Highly recommended, vegan or not.

This 100% vegan gem was a phenomenal find! If I hadn't told my partner and verified, I'm not sure I would have known our meal was totally animal free. The sauce served with the dish was what topped everything off and pulled it together . Carnivores, omnivores and all the unsure and skeptical- give this place a shot and you'll realize just how good the Vegans can make life good. Thanks for putting so much love and care into your labors. Viva Venezuela!

Tucked inside a little lot, this place is the some of the best Vegan food period not to mention it's a food truck. Get any thing on there menu and you'll be happy!! If you are new to Venezuelan food don't be shy. It's all comfort food and taste bomb!! Thank you so much for existing and I'll keep coming back for a slice of something that feels like home

El Salto recently moved close to us in the Foster neighborhood so my partner and I decided to go finally check them out. It was amazing! The food was so flavorful and there was so much of it! It was a cold and rainy day but they have heated tents up in the lot which made eating there comfortable. Highly recommend if you haven’t tried it yet. Grateful to have them close to us!

This was such an exciting place to find during our stay in Portland. We have had Venezuelan food cooked by my girl’s grandma several times and love it. This place was so good! We got the Patacon and the Arepa as well as the AguaPanela drinks which were delicious too! The carne is actually the best vegan meat alternative I can remember having, it was so moist and delicious and didn’t lake in flavor. The dude was very friendly too, great service. 10/10 would recommend and hopefully we can make it back before we leave town!

The food and service were just as good as the reviews show. I am impressed with the flavor and just how filling the arepa I ordered was. Many times I go to a vegan restaurant and am disappointed in portions or flavor. Not here. It's the real deal.
